ECO 4 Funding
If you are in receipt of an eligible benefit, and either own your home or are privately renting, you could be eligible for a free Government grant.
Through the Energy Company Obligation (ECO), you could be eligible for support from an energy supplier to upgrade your heating or to improve your home’s insulation.
This scheme was launched in early 2013 and is currently available with a scheme extension, ECO3 which is now live and available for customers in receipt of a qualifying benefit.

Does my property qualify for a free grant?
In order to qualify, you must be living (owning or renting) in private accommodation that is for domestic use.
I live in Council or Housing Association accommodation - do I qualify?
Unfortunately, if you live in Council or Housing Association accommodation then you are not eligible.
What is covered?
Through this grant, you are eligible to receive a grant which can towards cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, underfloor insulation, solid wall insulation, room in roof insulation as well as electric storage heating.
